On many landscape projects, the best place to start is with a well thought out design. Having a design completed prior to construction can help the homeowner save time, money, and frustration by having most of the necessary decisions made prior to breaking ground.
Landscape Designworks offers a full landscape design service. We can help you design anything outside from a simple patio or deck project, all the way to a full site plan for a new home.
The process is simple:
LDW will meet with you “on-site” to look at the project, and get an idea as to the size and scope of the design. (There is no cost or obligation for this meeting)
Next, we send you a “design proposal”, which outlines the following:
- Our Understanding of the Project
- Scope of our services
- Costs associated with the design
Upon approval of the design proposal, LDW will do a site visit to start the measuring/design phase.
Our goal for the design is to have it reflect what YOU want, and YOUR tastes. It is our job to blend all of your ideas into one cohesive design.
After the completion of the design phase, LDW will provide to you, at no charge, an estimate for installation for the designed project.
LDW has a Registered Landscape Architect on staff, as well as 2 other staff members with Bachelors of Landscape Architecture.
